About Jack Beasley Foundation

The Jack Beasley Foundation (JBF) was founded in the wake of an unimaginable tragedy. On the 13th of December 2019, 17-year-old Jack Beasley was fatally stabbed in Surfers Paradise. In the aftermath of this senseless act of violence, Jack's family and friends came together with a mission: to prevent other families from experiencing such a devastating loss.

  • JBF is a registered not-for-profit community-based organisation located on the Gold Coast, committed to making a difference in the fight against youth violence.

Our primary focus is on delivering knife crime education and advocating for crucial changes in security, detection, and youth laws. We believe that by raising awareness, educating our youth, and pushing for legislative reform, we can help prevent the kind of violence that claimed Jack's life.

At the heart of our efforts is the One Moment Education Program, an initiative led by Jack’s parents, Belinda and Brett. Through this program, they visit schools to share Jack’s story, educating students on the dangers of carrying a knife and the profound, long-term impact of youth violence—not just on victims, but on offenders, their families, and communities.

  • Our Goal

We are driven by a simple but powerful goal: to ensure that Jack's legacy leads to positive change, and that no other family has to endure the pain of losing a loved one to knife crime.

We need your support to continue our fight for change.

Your donations will help us expand our reach, deliver more educational programs, and push for the legislative changes needed to protect our youth.

Join us in the fight against youth violence. If you would like to book the One Moment Education Program for your school or organization, or if you wish to contribute to our cause, please get in touch today. Together, we can make a difference.
